Return Policy

We're confident we sell the best supplements and we want you to share our confidence! Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange due to real time configuration of compensation plans. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased (full amount does not include shipping). Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product, we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

*Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or promotional products cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
